📅 New system: Waitlist-based speed dating
- First, we open the waitlist for the event.
- Once the minimum number of participants is reached (separately for men and women), we begin organizing the event.
- We send emails to those on the waitlist in order of registration to confirm their interest.
- If they still want to attend, we open the event and send out the payment links.
- If we don't reach the required number, the event will be postponed by 2 weeks.
Why are we doing this? Social media campaigns are expensive, which leads to higher ticket prices. With this system, we first assess interest and only move forward if it makes sense to do so.
